We usually ship all items the same day if the order is placed by 12:00 Noon (Pacific Standard Time) Monday through Friday.  If the order is placed after this time or on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped the following business day.  All products are sent from our Publishing department, located in San Rafael, CA.
 

If an item is on backorder or there is a delay, we will contact you promptly.
 

We ship using UPS Ground, Next Day Air and 2-Day Air to all states except Alaska and Hawaii.  For these two states USPS Priority Mail is offered.
 

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes when shipping via UPS.  If you incorrectly enter a P.O. Box, your order could be delayed until we can contact you to get a street address.
 

COD is not available with web orders.  If you require COD, please call 415-493-2400.
 

We do not normally ship internationally.  However, we may make special arrangements depending on your circumstances.  Please call to discuss this.
